A cement board would be erected in the site bearing words “ This land belongs to _______________________, Maintained by Cherukuri Group.
Monthly inspection of the Land would be conducted by us and Quarterly report of the same would be intimated to you along with current market value of the land.
Is ACMOL necessary for me ?
Yes, if you are not able to look after the property by yourself personally or you are far away from the property, ACMOL is the perfect solution for protection and safeguarding the property on your behalf.Nowadays, it is an open fact that it is easy to buy a land and very difficult to have possession of land.
